User Privacy Choices — Parent Companion

This page summarizes choices and rights available to you when you use the Parent Companion app and related services. It supplements our full Privacy Policy.

1. United States — California and other states

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)) may give you rights such as:

Know what personal information we collect and how we use it	Read our Privacy Policy. For a copy of your data, use Export Data in the app (see below) or contact us.
Delete personal information	Use Delete Account in the app (User Profile), or contact us. Deletion may be limited where we must retain data by law.
Correct inaccurate information	Update your profile in the app, or contact us.
Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising	We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined in California law. You can still use device settings below to limit tracking or analytics where available.

Authorized agent: California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows. We may require proof of authorization.

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Contact: Use the support or privacy contact shown on our App Store or Google Play listing, or reach us through the contact method provided in the app.

2. In-app controls (all users)

Signed-in users can:

Export a copy of certain data — User Profile → Export Data (PDF or ZIP). See the export notice in the app for what is included (media files may be referenced but not fully included).
Delete your account — User Profile → Delete Account. This is a serious, irreversible action; follow the in-app prompts.
Open privacy information — User Profile → Settings → Privacy Policy and User Privacy Choices (this page).

3. Device and platform settings (iOS and Android)

You can limit certain data collection or tracking using your device:

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → controls for Tracking, Analytics, Location, Photos, Camera, Notifications, and related options. If the system shows a prompt for App Tracking Transparency, your choice applies to that permission.
Android: Settings → Privacy, Google → Ads, app Permissions, and Notifications (exact paths vary by manufacturer and OS version).

Parent Companion uses Firebase Analytics and other Firebase services as described in our Privacy Policy. Limiting tracking in device settings may not turn off all product analytics our app sends to operate and improve the Service.

4. European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland

If GDPR or similar law applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. See our Privacy Policy (Section 8). Contact us using the information in the App or store listing.

5. Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. The canonical URL remains https://babytofive.com/user-privacy-choices.html.
